Hubert Stark is a farmer from Schandachen in the upper Waldviertel, graduate of the "Soil Course in Green" (Näser, Wenz), co-initiator of the Humus movement in Austria and has many years of experience with the principles of regenerative agriculture. Hubert Stark and Franz Brunner give lectures, lead field inspections and humus regulars' tables and since 2021 the "Bodenkurs im Grünen Österreich”.
