I have been running a farm in eastern Styria since 2007. With the conversion to organic farming in 2012, we have taken this approach to vegetable production and achieved it primarily by building soil fertility. Through my experience in conventional livestock and organic livestock-less operations, I know both challenges. For me, farm development is also always personal development in harmony with the family structure. Nowhere is this task as exciting as in agriculture and in the end leads to a better quality of life. Humus is life(-quality).
