I am at home in Scheibbs, but actually anywhere where cattle are grazing! Even as a child, it was clear to me that I wanted to become a farmer. Supported by my family, I was always able to work with friends on the farm and live out my passion for cattle and horses. So it's no wonder that my professional career continued in this direction. I am a graduate of the Francisco Josephinum, have a degree in Agricultural Science from BOKU Vienna and wrote my Bac. thesis on Mob Grazing after I had gained practical experience in Canada. There I was also able to combine working with cattle and horses by working as a cowboy on large farms. Even in my continuing studies of livestock science at the BOKU, the topic did not let me go. So I set off for South America to broaden my horizons again on mob grazing farms and to work as a gaucho.

Since then I have been passing on the knowledge I gained at home and abroad with my initiative "Change Grazing". Currently, I am additionally finishing my Master's thesis with the topic "Mob Grazing and the Grazing of Field Forage in Dryland" and work within the EU project Farm4more at the Bio-Institute Raumberg-Gumpenstein.

My personal goal is to continue to connect science and practice with experiences and approaches from around the world. And if it is to be someday, I will have my own farm.
